About a business man

                  Nagasundram is a businessman. He wakes up at 4 O'clock in the morning and goes to bed around 11 o'clock in the night. He never feels tired, nor does he complains about his work. He is the father of two male child and of a female child. His daughter is a graduate and works for a multinational firm. His sons are also employed and his family income is around Rs 30000 per month. He also owns a house and has saved enough for his wife and children.

                 What exactly is his  business? He sells Thengai mangai pattani sundal in our area. From morning 5 AM he starts preparing Murruku with his wife's help and then goes to market for buying the  necessary incredents for his product. At noon, he travels from Guduvanchery to Mount road along with his product in a train. He has got the license to sell his product anywhere in Tamil Nadu, so he start his sales in the train itself. He then walks from Egmore  to Mount road selling to his customers along the wat. His customers often wait for his sundal and he feels happy if he delivers his sundal in time.

                Walking is a habit for him, so he never feels tired. His sole aim is to sell  his day's product. During Sunday's,  he buys  half bottle of liquar and spends about Rs 300 on chicken & other eatables. Because of his walking habit, he even walks on Sunday evenings although he is not having  any work. He does not want to retire as  he feels that without work he will become sick. Our politicians are also following Nagasundram's policy; so if you appreciate Nagasundram you should do the same for the politicians too :)

      While in business you have to sort out how to treat a customer. If you are liberal, customer will demand more.If you are  strict, customer will vanish.You should get  your share while treating your customer,and customer must get his amount of satisfaction.so in a deal who is benifited is important. If both are benifited than the business relationship will go on.All the talk about customer satisfaction will work only in certain time.

 We even change the city if it does not give us satisfaction.Sometime even the country we change.The customer satisfaction is not leaving even the God we worship.As there are various Gods we change the God if a particular god is not giving good service to us
